We’ll support your line managers to hold one to one sessions with all attendees prior to courses, and afterwards too, to help encourage continued development and achievement of goals.

Designed to allow individuals to consider the topics in advance, and to objectively assess themselves in terms of relevant skills and development areas.
All our training takes the form of facilitated, interactive workshops. Participants are encouraged to engage with topics through group exercises, case study reviews, and small group presentations. We’ll also discuss how participants feel their organisation performs in relation to best practice and how they can positively influence change.
Where a training programme runs over a number of weeks/months, participants are provided with ongoing phone and e-mail support to ensure they continue to develop their skills and translate learning into their role.
