Kura is a market leading provider of outsourced contact centre services and software solutions for a number of the world’s most successful brands. Kura recognise that managers who are capable, motivated and supported deliver high quality, resilient leadership of effective teams who are able to excel in this demanding sector. In order to support their current managers and developing aspiring talent we are working with Kura to create a Management Development Centre. This approach provides managers with feedback from a range of sources including: Psychometrics; 360 feedback and simulated business scenarios. Detailed feedback is provided through a confidential coaching process. Managers then develop their own comprehensive development plan that provides a roadmap of practical steps they are committed to, which will further enhance their management practice. Aligned with Kura’s Management Charter and competencies these development plans are realised through the delivery of the agreed activities and are supported by the business to further enhance day to day management practice.
Our role is working in partnership with the internal project team to develop the structure, processes and framework for the Management Development Centre and deliver this to the first 30 managers in the first quarter of 2016. In parallel we will be providing internal training and support to Kura so they are self-sufficient to run future Management Development Centres.
