Happy New Year. We hope you had a great time over the festivities and that January is going well for you.
We have been somewhat remiss during the second half of 2017 at posting what we have been up to and who we have been working with, so we thought we would add a summary here with the intention to add more news as 2018 goes on.
We continued to work with NHS Health Scotland during the remainder of the year. Facilitating team development sessions, helping to build on existing effective working and supporting the development of increased team resilience, to manage continued demands on the service.
Throughout 2017 we worked with Sartorious Stem Biotech (formely BioOutsource) delivering both Management Development and Project Management Programmes. It was fantastic to see the progress each individual participant made both in relation to the development of skills and personal confidence. We had some great fun at the feedback sessions at the end of the Management Development Programmes, with some fantastic art work, in which participants expressed their main learning. We had everything from Unicorns to abstract art and much in between!
A number of coaching projects were successfully completed with Shepherd and Wedderburn along with a year long associate coaching project with Talent Focus Consulting with legal Partners from Dentons (formally Maclay Murray and Spens).
West Lothian Councils building and operational services teams continued to work with us. Following the successful Supervisor Development Programme delivered in 2016-17, we ran one to one coaching sessions with 50 supervisors creating a development plan for them to work on during 2018.
We would like to thank all our clients for their support over the years and look forward to continuing to work with them, alongside new clients and projects that will unfold as the year goes on. If we are more organised this year you will learn about what we are up to here!
