Training

We’ve been developing training programmes now for over ten years, across a range of sectors. We pride ourselves on maximising the return on investment for the training we deliver by engaging closely with our clients to design a programme that is exactly right for their needs.  This coupled with highly interactive sessions and on-hand support before, during and after the courses ensure lasting results are achieved.

Line management support for all attendees

We’ll support your line managers to hold one to one sessions with all attendees prior to courses, and afterwards too, to help encourage continued development and achievement of goals.

Pre-workshop preparation material for all participants.

Designed to allow individuals to consider the topics in advance, and to objectively assess themselves in terms of relevant skills and development areas.

Facilitated workshops

All our training takes the form of facilitated, interactive workshops. Participants are encouraged to engage with topics through group exercises, case study reviews, and small group presentations.  We’ll also discuss how participants feel their organisation performs in relation to best practice and how they can positively influence change.

Continuous support

Where a training programme runs over a number of weeks/months, participants are provided with ongoing phone and e-mail support to ensure they continue to develop their skills and translate learning into their role.

Tailor-made Training

All our training courses are custom made to meet your precise business and personnel needs.  We’ll take time to discuss your unique requirements with you to ensure your training programme is exactly right for you.

We don’t have ‘off the shelf’ generic workshops but we do have some core training components which can be combined and fine-tuned to fit your needs.  Some examples are:

  • Increasing personal effectiveness
  • Developing Emotional Intelligence as an individual and a manager
  • Management and leadership development
  • Managing change and complexity
  • Project management
  • Stakeholder management.
