Enhance People Consultants are people specialists who work with successful organisations in enabling them to increase their productivity through the personal skills of their managers and as well as those of their staff. This ensures that the organisation is able to function more effectively and achieve the goals they have before them.

Our aim is to ensure you get the most from your staff and have a positive and productive cultural work environment. We have a very successful track record with both commercial companies and not for profit organisations.

As people with considerable management and HR experience we deal in real life cases and not text book theory. We are well aware of the pressures and difficulties that managers face in the work environment as well as the office politics they have to manage. However, as trained people specialists with real life experience we know how to grow your people and your business while cultivating a positive and motivated culture.

Michelle Herron

Michelle has over 16 years of operational experience working with a variety of sectors including science, corporate and public.  Her hands on expertise at managing multidisciplinary teams and global projects, coupled with her excellent record of delivering management and training solutions, results in a rounded individual who works hard to understand your needs and who can deliver practical solutions for your continued business success. Michelle complements her expertise with a BSc (Hons) and an MBA.

Helen Macdonald

Helen has over 11 year experience as a Human Resource Professional working across a variety of sectors including science, corporate and public.  As a senior HR generalist Helen has developed an in-depth knowledge and substantial first hand experience in the full portfolio of human resource management.  With a belief that managing people effectively will improve business performance and reduce personnel issues, Helen’s approach has people at the centre. Helen complements her expertise with a BA (Hons) and MCIPD.
