Over the last 6 months we have been working with a dynamic, engaged and skilled group of museum and gallery professionals, supporting them to enhance their management skills.  The participants have been on a journey from improved self-awareness using behavioural profiling through to maximising team performance by developing enhanced interpersonal skills focused around Emotional Intelligent practice.  The team have worked incredibly hard both during the formal workshops and on embedding their new learning in their own organisations.  We are very much looking forward to the November feedback and celebration event when the participants will reflect on their journey with their line managers and partner stakeholders.
