Amici Procurement is innovative, flexible and focused providing entrepreneurial and sustainable purchasing and operational solutions to Life Science organisations.  The passionate and dynamic team recognise every day is a school day and are hungry to learn and develop their skills and competencies further for the benefit of themselves and the business.

Working with the CEO we have developed an Entrepreneurial Impact Programme for the senior and middle management teams.  The programme runs over 7 months and involves monthly facilitated workshop where participants come to grips with knowledge, skills and practice to further develop their entrepreneurial capabilities.  These workshops are sandwiched together with reading, personal reflection and the delivery of actions in the participants own role and the business.  We will be finishing off in August with some detailed feedback and reflection sessions and the journey everyone has taken and planning for what next.
